In addition to acting, the American actress is also known for her humanitarian help all over the world. During her last visit to Ukraine, she had to urgently flee to safety after the siren warning sounded in the city of Lviv. Uniland informs about it on their website.

Angelina Jolie arrived to the Ukrainian city of Lviv on Saturday, April 30, to meet and talk to people who lost their homes during the Ukrainian-Russian war conflict. During the trip to the train station near the town of Kramatorsk, the actress spoke to several volunteers and people directly affected by the war. They told her what they had experienced during the war and what it really looked like in their war-torn country.

However, sirens sounded throughout the city during these interviews and meetings, and the actress had to run to safety with the others. According to the UN, more than 12.7 million Ukrainians had to leave their homes and the cities in which they lived in the last two months.

During the evacuation, the actress wanted to reassure people that she was okay, so she waved to the camera and calmly repeated that she was okay. However, the situation is alarming and is due to the fact that the city of Lviv, where Angelina is located, has been shelled by Russian troops in recent weeks.
