Jacob Arabo unveils another exceptional piece with his signature design.
Jacob & Co. is pushing the limits of design and craftsmanship again as they celebrate their 40th anniversary with a new wristwatch model featuring a patented diamond cut called “Angel Cut”. This gives the dial exceptional brilliance and depth. It's valued at almost three million euros, which is just under 74 million CZK.
The innovative cut was created right in Jacob & Co.'s studio and features 37 meticulously designed facets. That number isn't random—it's a nod to the years of marriage between founder Jacob Arabo and his wife Angela, after whom the cut is named.
This exclusive debut is part of the “Billionaire Double Tourbillon” collection and has caught the attention of both collectors and the public.
The watch features 98 “Angel Cut” diamonds, totaling 51.13 carats. The dial is crafted from 18-carat white gold and houses a hand-wound movement with caliber JCAM50, while the blue alligator leather strap with a diamond buckle offers a luxurious wearing experience.
According to Arabo in an interview with Complex, developing the cut took over two years because the goal was to create something entirely new—not just tweak an existing style—a cut that's brighter, more versatile, and sophisticated.
“Angel Cut” isn't just another addition to Jacob & Co.'s portfolio; it represents a celebration of jewelry craftsmanship, innovation, and a personal story that Arabo and his team transformed into a unique watch model.
