The canvas hall from Hagro offers a quick, flexible, and affordable solution for storage, production, and logistics. Find out why modern companies are choosing it.
Speed, flexibility, and sensible costs. These are the three factors that determine if a company can adapt to market changes today. In many cases, traditional buildings just don't cut it anymore—that's where fabric halls come in, becoming a symbol of modern and efficient business.
Slovak company Hagro is a leader in the sector of prefabricated halls, proving that even temporary or flexible solutions can have high quality, long lifespan, and professional execution.
Fabric Halls: Fast Solutions That Save Time and Money
"The main advantage of fabric halls is the speed of realization, high flexibility, and significantly lower costs compared to traditional structures," explains company director Dominik Halamček. According to him, a fabric hall can be set up within a day, often even on an unpaved surface.
Compared to classic constructions, the setup of fabric halls takes just a few days, and companies don't have to wait for extensive groundwork since fabric halls don't need concrete foundations. They get a functional space almost instantly—be it a warehouse, production hall, or agricultural facility.
When Standard Isn't Enough: Custom Solutions
Hagro offers customers both standard models and individual solutions. Standard sizes are perfect for companies needing quick delivery without compromises. But if space is limited or the client has specific needs, custom production comes into play.
"Custom design allows us to tailor dimensions, structural solutions, and additional elements so that the hall perfectly meets the intended use," says Halamček. This way, fabric halls can become exactly the space a company needs—without unnecessary concessions.
From First Contact to Finished Project
The entire collaboration process at Hagro is designed to be as straightforward as possible for the client. It starts with a consultation, continues with the selection of a suitable model, and ends with delivery and assembly: For all fabric hall models, delivery is FREE.
Customers can choose between using professional assembly or opting for a DIY solution with technical support. "We have detailed assembly videos on our YouTube channel so customers can get a clear idea of the entire process," adds Halamček. Combined with phone technical support, clients can be sure that even DIY setups will go smoothly without unnecessary complications.
Quality Materials as the Basis for Longevity
The foundation of each hall is a sturdy galvanized steel structure that ensures stability even under tough conditions, and emphasis on quality is also reflected in the materials used for the cladding.
"The cladding is made of a thick, three-layer, waterproof PVC fabric with a lifespan of over 20 years. Customers can choose from 650, 750, and 900 g/m² weights, with the highest weight usually included in the price for most halls," explains Dominik Halamček. The fabric is also highly resistant to tearing, UV radiation, and cold down to -40°C, and meets fire-resistant class B standards, ensuring safety even in demanding operations.
Versatile Use Across Industries
Customers mainly use Hagro solutions for storing materials, machinery, or goods. However, the halls often serve as production spaces, logistics centers, shelters for animals, or sports halls. The company offers various types of structures—from practical gable halls, and arch halls with maximum space utilization, to simple shelters or custom-made solutions.
This versatility makes fabric halls an ideal choice for both small businesses and large corporations. Each project is tailored to specific use, space, and technical requirements of the client.
Projects That Tested Professionalism
Among the most interesting projects is one for the Portuguese army in the Lešť facility, where it was necessary to design halls with a height of up to seven meters. "While our standard halls have a width of 6 meters and heights of 3.66 or 4.9 meters, in this case, a height of about 7 meters was required. This required a complete redesign of the structural solution, and the resulting halls were significantly different from our commonly delivered standard models. The assembly itself was also a challenge. Despite this, the realization was completed without any issues, proving we can handle unusual and demanding customer requirements and flexibly respond to diverse technical challenges," says the manager of the Slovak company Hagro.
What Do Customers Say About Fabric Halls?
A strong point of the company is the long-term relationship built with customers. "Our priority is long-term customer satisfaction and building trust-based relationships," emphasizes Halamček. Thanks to this approach, many clients return and expand their solutions with additional fabric halls.
"Feedback from clients often highlights communication, approach, and professionalism of the entire team. One review sums it up very well—the customer appreciated the willingness and communication of the owner during the planning phase, the flexibility in arranging the assembly date, and the professional approach of the assembly team (from equipment, company vehicles, clothing to work organization)," adds Halamček.
An Investment That Makes Sense
At a time when companies seek savings, flexibility, and reliability, solutions from Hagro turn out to be a smart choice. Low initial costs, quick return on investment, and the possibility of relocating the hall to another location provide entrepreneurs with a significant advantage.
So if you're looking for a solution that grows with your business, a fabric hall might be exactly the step forward you need.
