"Aliens Are Real, But I Haven't Seen Them," Obama Says in Podcast. The News Went Viral

CELEBRITY

On Valentine's Day, former U.S. President Barack Obama appeared on Brian Tyler Cohen's podcast with an intriguing statement. He believes life exists on other planets, but claims he hasn't seen any aliens, and they're not in Area 51.

Barack Obama claims that with a universe this massive, there's probably some life out there. Apparently, about half of people think the same, including celebs like Tom DeLonge from blink-182 or Katy Perry.

“Statistically, the universe is so huge that there’s a high chance there’s life out there,” he added in his Instagram post. “But the distances between solar systems are so vast that the chances aliens have visited us are low, and during my presidency, I saw no evidence that aliens have made contact with us. Seriously,” he noted.

Even though aliens weren’t the main topic between the ex-president and Cohen, this snippet undoubtedly went viral after being shared. The host also asked Obama what the first question he wanted to answer as president was, and he joked: “Where are the aliens.” You can check out the full podcast here:
