Both came dressed in new models created by the Georgian designer, while West wore huge leather boots and Williams tried the silhouette of the Triple S sneakers with three stripes.
The first fashion show of the fashion house Balenciaga in New York was one of oversized fits, latex masks, huge shoes and tracksuits from the collaboration with Adidas Originals. It was the essence of Gvasalia's work from the last few seasons and the guests in attendance did not have time to take in all the extravagant creations on the runway between hundreds of screens displaying current stock value.
The sports sets, football jerseys, t-shirts, oversized hoodies, sneakers and accessories in retro style with the Adidas logo and the Balenciaga sign got the most attention.
All products are available in the online store of the fashion house until the 29th of May and will only be available through resellers after that. Prices per piece range from 150 euros for a pair of wool socks to 4 200 euros for a hooded leather jacket.
