Now this is what you call talent. Designer Max Alexander, who just celebrated his tenth birthday a few days ago, showcased his collection at Paris Fashion Week.
Paris Fashion Week is one of the most prestigious fashion events in the world. However, this year brought an unexpected twist. A name has been etched into its history that few would have predicted.
Max Alexander, who is just 10 years old, showcased his collection there. He became the youngest designer ever to present his own models at Paris Fashion Week, according to People. He celebrated his birthday just days before the show. What's even more surprising is that such a young designer managed to create elegant and thoughtful dress designs that captured global attention.
The talented Max showcased 15 models inspired by flowers and playful creativity. An important aspect of the collection is also sustainability. Talking to CBS News about the collection he presented at Fashion Week, he said: “My collection consists of 15 dresses and all, well, 90 percent of my show is biodegradable, recyclable, sustainable, made from unused stock and surplus. Unused stock is the leftover materials that companies don’t use... If I didn’t rescue them, they would end up in a landfill.”
