A number of people believe that Amber Heard should not appear in the next Aquaman movie due to the lawsuit against her ex-husband Johnny Depp.
Supporters of Johnny Depp in his lawsuit against his ex-wife Amber Heard appeal to Aquaman creators to fire the actress. The 2019 petition now has over 2 million signatures, with new masses joining after the commencement of the recent lawsuit.
Johnny Depp was removed from Pirates of the Carribean, and Fantastic Beasts where he was replaced by Mads Mikkelsen, following the lawsuits. Depp lost in the British High Court and was sentenced as an assaulter. According to his own words, Hollywood has turned his back on him. He took it to US courts this time around, and new evidence was uncovered thanks to which Depp could clear his name.
If Depp were to win the trial, Heard would have to pay the total of 50 million USD in damages. Depp claims she has repeatedly insulted him, and has also physically attacked him. Allegedly, she threw a glass bottle at him, after which he had to go to the hospital.
Depp claims she once left her own excrement on his bed and blamed the dogs. The court called upon 120 witnesses including actors such as Paul Bettany and James Franco.
