Location: Calabasas/USA
Value: $42 million
Area of the house: 2 323 m2

The residence of Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith is truly luxurious, even compared to the rest of the Hollywood elite. Its price is estimated at around 42 million dollars.

Behind the property of the famous actors mansion is their own lake with a small island and a gazebo. From the other side, you can see the tennis and basketball courts or trampolines. Of course, a swimming pool can not be missing either. The Smith have been building this gigantic villa for 7 long years, starting in 2003.

The house was designed by Stephen Samuel together with architect Harry Peterez-Daple, and Judith Lance took care of the interior, writes Architectural Digest. The Smiths enter the premises of the villa through a huge door, which is said to have come from an Indian fort.

Inside, among other things, is a private cinema or a recording studio where Willow Smith, Will Smith's daughter, recorded the single Whip My Hair. In the interior (photos can be found here) there is also a meditation room for Jada, a billiards room and 9 bedrooms, the number of which also corresponds to the garage with space for 9 cars.

The interior of the house is decorated in the style of Africa, the Middle East, the American Southwest or Asia, which is reflected, for example, in the choice of furniture, railings or doors. For Will Smith, the best part of the mansion is the lake, where, according to his own words, he receives answers to his innermost questions. If you would like to view the exterior of the villa in detail, be sure to enter the address below into Google Earth.

In the interior of the house, originally built in 1936, the couple could easily accommodate many guests. They had 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. There was also a tennis court with basketball hoops, a swimming pool and a playground for children on the property.

Apart from the mansion, there were also apartments intended for employees. High walls and trees around the villa ensured that Tom Cruise and his ex-wife could enjoy undisturbed privacy. Unfortunately, interior shots are not available.

Jennifer Lawrence

Location: Beverly Hills/USA
Value: $8 million
Area of the house: 511 m2

Jennifer Lawrence bought her house in Beverly Hills for about 8 million dollars. In the past, according to House & Home, it was owned by celebrities such as presenter Ellen DeGeneres or singer and actress Jessica Simpson, who sold it to Jennifer Lawrence.

In the entrance hall of the house there is a spiral staircase leading to the second floor, and on the right side there is a comfortable living room with a pair of armchairs and a long sofa, between which there is a glass table (photos can be found here or in the video below). Adjacent to the living room is a small dining room in which a family of 6 could ideally have dinner.

Jennifer Lawrence has a separate large dressing room in the house with an armchair in front of the mirror, where she can dress up before going out into the world.

In the kitchen, while cooking, the actress is offered a view of the green garden with a small fountain and a pool, which is located directly behind the house. One of the largest rooms is one of the bedrooms with a spacious bed, next to which there is a small table and chairs, probably for drinking coffee or tea in the afternoon.

If the actress gets tired of rolling around in the luxurious bed in the master bedroom, she can easily switch it up. There are a total of 5 bedrooms in her house. So it is not a problem for her to call prominent neighbors over. According to The Sun, the famous acting couple Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher or Cameron Diaz are among them. Katy Perry, Adele and Nicole Kidman also have houses nearby.

Jennifer Aniston

Location: Los Angeles/USA
Value: $21 million
Area of the house: 790 m2

The spacious villa cost the popular actress from the series Friends Jennifer Aniston in 2011 about 21 million dollars. It is evident at first glance that this is a truly luxurious home.

Jennifer Aniston's house has 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The interesting thing is that one of them is directly connected to a small "enclosure" to the inner mini garden (photo below), from which it is separated only by a sliding door. The actress can thus bathe in the bathtub and enjoy the fresh air.

Next to the actress's master bedroom is a study with a pair of sofas and a wooden table (photos can be found here). In the spacious mansion, there is, of course, room for her to devote an entire room only to her clothes.

Daily Mail writes that from the balconies of the luxury villa she has a great view not only of the city, but also of the distant ocean under certain meteorological conditions. She can have a glass of wine from her wine cellar, while enjoying the view.

In the background of the house there is a large swimming pool with a gazebo for several people. According to The Travel, it is surrounded by Japanese rock gardens and Buddhist statues. Jennifer Aniston also reportedly had a backyard wedding with Justin Theroux.

Mark Wahlberg

Location: Beverly Hills/USA
Value: $30 million
Area of the house: 2 787 m2

Due to his wild youth, he was once not far from becoming a common criminal, and he did not finish high school until he was 42 years old. Today, he is among the highest-paid actors, as evidenced by his huge villa with an area of 2,787 m2, reminiscent of a royal palace.

The luxury residence allows Mark Wahlberg to shower in a completely different bathroom every single day for almost 3 weeks. The actor's house has 18 bathrooms and 11 bedrooms (photos can be seen here), according to Metro.

But that's not all. In the courtyard of Wahlberg's residence, there is a basketball or golf court and a large gym. The actor can also enjoy a room built in the form of a smaller cinema, a swimming pool with a slide, a wellness center, a wine cellar and a spacious library.

Real estate agent James Campbell writes that Mark Wahlberg paid about $30 million for his home. According to the Daily Mail, he bought the land alone for 8 million in 2009. For example, comedy actor Eddie Murphy lives in his neighborhood.

Charlie Sheen

Location: Beverly Hills/USA
Value: $6.6 million
Area of the house: 830 m2

It is not at all unusual for Hollywood celebrities to change several houses. They keep some of them, sell others, often for a higher price than they bought them. However, the star of the TV series Two and a Half Men remodelled his villa in Beverly Hills.

Charlie Sheen bought it in 2006 for $7.2 million and later asked $10 million for it, Architectural Digest reports. In the end, however, he sold it for only 6.6 million. The actor, known for his drug excesses and fun with prostitutes, could and definitely did host not one big party in his house.

The interior consisted of 2 floors with 7 bedrooms, with the same number of bathrooms, multiple living rooms and a dining room for 10 people (photos), according to the LA Times. Although Charlie Sheen doesn't look like it, there was a gym on the ground floor of his house. The master bedroom was connected to a second screening room and a bar. There were two swimming pools, an outdoor kitchen and a basketball court in the backyard.

Angelina Jolie/Brad Pitt

Location: Correns/France
Value: $67 million
Area of the house: Unknown

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were once among the most famous couples in the world. Together they owned, among other things, the breathtaking castle Miraval and its surrounding lands with vineyards. They got married at this charming place in 2014.

The castle and the surrounding areas, including its own lake or forest, were initially rented for three years and later bought for $67 million, writes The Observer. A long, approximately 5-kilometer driveway leads to the castle itself, and there are about 20 fountains around the residence. According to Forbes, we would find a total of 35 rooms in the interior.

It would be difficult to find photos of the interior, but People reports that Brad Pitt wanted to make the home more suitable for children, and that is why the castle is said to have a game room and a private cinema. In addition, the historic castle is said to have been modernized with a gym, swimming pools, wellness center and a landing place for a helicopter, which the couple regularly used when traveling. The ex-spouses are currently in court over this land in France, writes the Mirror.

Sylvester Stallone

Location: Beverly Hills/USA
Value: $67 million
Area of the house: 1 951 m2

Sylvester Stallone sold his Beverly Hills mansion earlier this year for an incredible $110 million, but later reduced the price to $85 million. The interior has 8 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a cinema or a room for smoking cigars (see the video below), Insider writes. Stallone built the house in the early 1990s.

Its specialty is the oversized windows that are found in most of the rooms. There is a direct view of the spacious pool from the glazed dining room.

In addition to sitting by the pool, the spacious courtyard is home to several statues, including a life-size movie boxer Rocky Balboa. In addition, there is a residence for guests and a garage for 8 cars on the property. Among others, singer Justin Bieber and actor Denzel Washington live in the neighborhood.

Adam Sandler

Source: Google Earth

Location: Los Angeles/USA
Value: $12 million
Area of the house: 1 208 m2

Adam Sandler's home in Los Angeles gives the famous actor peace from fans. The actor duo Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn originally lived in the house, and sold it to Sandler in 2004, reportedly for $12-13 million, writes SF Gate. Nowadays, its value is undoubtedly much higher.

The property was not on the market at the time, writes Nicki Swift with reference to People. Sandler and his wife, Jacqueline, liked the mansion during a New Year's Eve party in 2004, so they convinced Russell and Hawn to sell it.

The interior is said to consist of 14 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. However, the appearance of the interior is a secret. Adam Sandler, unlike other actor colleagues, did not let journalists into his estate.

Robert Pattinson

Location: Los Angeles/USA
Value: $2.2 million
Area of the house: 180 m2

After the gigantic and sometimes extravagant residences, we close the article with the relatively modest residence of Robert Pattinson. It cost him approximately 2.2 million dollars. The actor apparently values his privacy very much, because he chose a residence that, like Adam Sandler's villa, is hidden by greenery. Curious stalkers are therefore out of luck in his case.

A long driveway leads to the cozy one-story house. The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, according to the Home Bunch website. The small kitchen (photo here) is connected to the dining room with table for 4 people, behind which there is a fireplace.

Immediately behind it is a cozy living room with a view of the yard. Pattinson also has a great view from his bedroom, where he can see a palm tree and a pomegranate tree, with the pool visible just beyond. In the yard there is also a small secluded wellness area with a couple of deckchairs, suitable for a romantic evening.
