Kanye West Spent Over 4 Million Dollars At The Fashion House Balenciaga Since The Beginning Of This Year.

Kanye West has spent more than four million dollars at fashion house Balenciaga since the beginning of this year. The rapper revealed the information on Instagram via a snapshot of his account at the online store. The news was later carried by Hypebeast.

A significant portion of the rapper's purchases were products from the women's ready-to-wear collections, specifically for around $1.1 million. The individual pieces likely ended up in the collections of actresses Julie Fox and Chaney Jones, whom he's been seeing in recent months.

It's no news that Kim Kardashian's ex-husband is one of the French brand's admirers and also a friend of creative director Demna Gvasalia. The designer is also helping West with the Yeezy Gap line, as together they unveiled a collection of basic sweatshirts and T-shirts subtitled Engineered by Balenciaga.

Just about two weeks ago, Ye had failed to return the borrowed pieces of clothing, for which the owner is demanding $400-thousand dollars in damages.
