Disney and Lucasfilm have released the official trailer for the Obi-Wan Kenobi series. The six-part miniseries will air on Disney + on May 27, beginning with two episodes, which will be followed by one episode each week.

The series captures the events that happen between Episode III and Episode IV. We meet older Obi-Wan Kenobi, played by actor Ewan McGregor, as he protects Luke Skywalker from the forces of the Empire, looking for the remaining Jedi knights. Obi-Wan will face the Inquisitors, who serve Darth Vader and hunt down the remains of Jedi knights.

However, Darth Vader himself will also be in the series- Actor Hayden Christensen, who played Anakin Skywalker / Darth Vader will return into this role for the first three episodes of Star Wars. In addition to them, actors Kumail Nanjian and Joel Edgerton will appear.
