British singer Bob Dylan forbade his fans to use mobile phones during concerts. Eighty-one-year-old Dylan will play a series of nine concerts in Britain this fall, where fans will be able to see him live for the first time in five years - but they will probably only have memories.

The organizers have announced that Dylan does not want the audience to make unauthorized recordings during the October concerts, writes the Evening Standard. Right at the entrance to the concert halls, mobile phones will be blocked using a special Yondr case.

Cases with magnetic locks, which make it impossible to use a mobile phone during a concert, were also used by Dylan during performances in the USA.

Other musicians who don't want recordings of concerts to circulate freely on social networks have recently resorted to the same measure. Fans at Madonna, Alicia Keys or Jack White concerts had to do without a phone, for example.
